Lightning McQueen Adidas

Last Thursday, I read the blog of Frances (TopazMommy). I chanced upon her post about Adidas for Kids. Kinilig ako grabe haha! I so wanted the Cars rubber shoes for Antonio. I excitedly showed the pictures to my husband when he arrived from the office. He immediately asked me kung san daw meron. According to Frances' blog, meron daw sa Rustan's Shangri-la. Nung nalaman nyang meron sa Shangri-la, sabi ba naman, "punta na tayo today". Mas excited pala sya sa akin. Haha! E syempre, di ako sanay sa mga biglaang lakad (praning kasi ako e, gusto ko planado lahat)...I told him, I will call first. E di ako maintindihan ng kausap ko, so sabi ko na lang sa husband ko, I will search the next day for the numbers of the Adidas stores carrying the Kids' line and sya tatawag to check if the shoes are available. So he called last Friday. Wala daw sa Shangri-la but meron sa Rockwell. Sunduin daw nya kami after office. I asked him, "sure ka?" Ang sagot, "yes, baka magkaubusan". Haha! Magpanic ba?

So, may new shoes si Antonio. In fairness naman, kailangan naman talaga na ni Antonio ng shoes kasi maliit na yung palagi nyang ginagamit =)

Antonio's 2nd Birthday Dinner: Cake Avenue

I ordered Lightning McQueen cake for his birthday celebration because Antonio loves Cars. I got this from Cake Avenue. I learned from one mommy at N@W about Cake Avenue. Since our dinner is at Burgoo Rockwell, I decided to get the cake from them.
