Friday Favorites - Popcorn

I love Chef Tony's Popcorn! Before, my favorite was the white chocolate and walnut variant. But medyo nagsawa na ako. Haha! Now, this is my current favorite flavor - White Country Cheddar! Yummy!

You may find them in SM Malls and I think Shopwise Groceries =) Happy eating! =)

Friday Favorites - Dark Chocolate

I do not have a sweet tooth. Pag meron chocolate or candy or cake, I eat but if none, I do not look for it...except pag time of the month, I sometimes crave for sweets. My favorite chocolate is dark chocolate! Not too sweet yummeh!

During the long weekend (June 18 to 20), we went to Subic to celebrate the birthday of Archie's niece. So anong meron sa Subic, imported chocolates! Haha! I bought Milky Way Midnight for myself (Si Arch binili nya M&M's Peanut butter....eeks tamis). Actually, I was looking for Milky Way Midnight Minis e. Kaso wala...Mas gusto ko kasi yun dahil nakakaumay pag bar. Coz I cannot finish the whole thing naman in one sitting. Hay, san kaya meron nito dito?

Also, I bought Hershey's Miniature for my mom. But, when I gave my pasalubong to my mom, I got all the dark chocolates first haha!

Friday Favorites - Puto Bumbong

Yes, I know Christmas is over, but I so heart puto bumbong! I am quite sad nga I was not able to eat it during the Holiday season...sa sobrang busy arggggghhhhh! I was only able to eat last January 3. Haha!

Friday Favorites - Lotion

If I do not put lotion on my skin, it gets itchy and so dry! But I cannot use just any lotion coz my skin is sooo sensitive! I have tried a lot of lotions like Aveeno, J&J Baby Lotion, Nivea, Neutrogena and a lot more. I even tried Neutrogena Body Oil, J&J Baby Oil. When I tried all of them, I got red spots all over! =( 
I was feeling hopeless. Then, I tried Body Shop Cocoa Butter. Ooooh, love love love it! It is quite expensive but it is okay, at least I will no longer suffer from dry and itchy skin! =D

Friday Favorites - Fast Food

When we were kids, we always go to "McDo" every Saturday morning to eat breakfast while my brothers and sister play at their playground. My younger siblings have also celebrated their birthdays there.


Now that I am a bit older, I still love McDonald's! If the food they serve is not fattening, I could eat there everyday!Yummy yum yum! I love their big breakfast, longganisa meal, burgers, sundae, apple pie, chicken and their french fries ooh for the win!  I prefer their chicken over Jollibee because Chicken Joy has an after taste. I don't know, it is like the oil used for their chicken was used not only twice but several times already. Eeeew! Also, Mcdo is much 'cleaner' than Jollibee...eeps peace!

But if you ask my son what his favorite is, I think he will say Jollibee. Because he loves him, the mascot! =)

Friday Favorites - TV Network

Ahhhh, another showbiz post! 

My favorite TV Network is ABS-CBN. But I am not hard-core ha like my brothers who do not watch ABS. I watch naman some of the shows in Channel 7 and I do not like some shows of Channel 2 like Wowowee or Pilipinas Win na Win. But I prefer Channel 2 primarily because of my crushes - Papa Piolo, Enchong Dee, and John Lloyd! Hay gwapo gwapo gwapo!

I wish I could see Piolo or Enchong in person! =) We saw John Lloyd before and believe it or not, we saw him (and Liz Uy) in El Nido...during our honeymoon! Haha! I have a picture with him on the background, but I will not post it na lang, baka di pwede! =D

Friday Favorites

Tsk tsk, I was not able to update this Friday Favorite thingy for 2 months??? I noticed that I am busier (with mommy duties) every Friday! Though I am not complaining =)

Anyway, I am not ma-kikay o maluho. I do not wear make-up, I do not wear jewelry except for our wedding ring and my engagement ring (on our wedding day nga, I was thinking of not wearing earrings pa...Though, I did not wear a necklace or bracelet), I do not wear high heels, I do not buy shoes and bags every month (I just get my bags from my MIL hehe) I do not wear fancy dresses....jeans, shirt and slippers okay na ako! =)

So my favorite kakikayan (or lone kikay thingy) is nail cleaning (take note cleaning only, even on our wedding day, wala akong nail polish hihi) and foot spa/foot reflexology. I think, I started to fall in love with these nail cleaning stuff just before I got married (yeah late na). I like Dashing Diva but they are expensive. I also like Nail Tropics but they are very far from us! Okay din sana Tip and Toes but mahal. I have tried also California Nail Day Spa - I don't like.

So my current favorite nail salon, Nail Loft. I am super happy with Nail Loft! The place is clean, not crowded, the staff are friendly, accessible and most importantly, affordable! =) If I can only go to this place every week, I will do it...magastos lang...I think I am just kuripot. Hahaha!

Friday Favorites

When we go out to eat before, I can live without desserts...kasi nabubusog na rin naman ako sa main course e =) Even chocolates, I do not crave for them...pag meron, I eat. Pag wala, okay lang! =) But now, I am super addicted to fro-yo. If we eat out and I was not able to eat fro-yo, ay parang may kulang. Haha!

Among the fro-yo shops in Manila, I like Yoh-gurt Froz the most. It is delish at the same time cheaper than the others =) Pic above is from their website.

But pwede na rin the yogurt from The White Hat and Lulubelle. Okay sana ang Golden Spoon but it is sweet for me...di na sya yogurt. And it is too expensive! Haha!

As for the topping, my favorites are choco chips and almonds! Yummy yum yum!

Grabe, Friday na naman...ang bilis! Haha!

Since last Sunday was Mother's Day, I decided to have this spot for my favorite things/parts about being a mom...though halos lahat is my favorite! =)

- Antonio's smiles and laughter
- When Antonio wraps his arms around my leg when he does not like to go with his yaya or his daddy
- When Antonio sleeps whenever I am around (when I was working in Makati, he seldom sleep during the day)
- Antonio's kisses and hugs
- When Antonio learns new things easily
- Whenever somebody praises Antonio

When I gave birth to Antonio, I experienced some post partum blues. I was thinking na kung ginusto ko ba talaga magka baby...na I will not be able to go out anymore...my life will not be the same again. Thinking back, that was correct. My life is now different...But I love love being a mom and I will never trade my life with anybody!

It is long weekend again...yipee yiyey!!! =)

One of the reasons why I created a blog is because I love reading blogs of other people...people who I do not know and do not know me. Before, whenever the n@wies who have blogs send their emails to the group, I always open their urls =) Wala lang, nakikichismis lang =) As you notice, the names listed in the homepage are all n@wie bloggers...I just have to update this list though...

Friday Favorites

It is Friday once again and for most of us, it is long weekend =p

I hope my husband and I will have time to watch the dvd movies that we have not seen yet...like Angels and Demons and New Moon.

As for my favorite movie, I have lots of favorites. But my ultimate favorite movie - 50 First Dates! I watched it first in an airplane, when we were on our way to NY...and all through out the trip, I was watching the same movie over and over again...the whole time I was kinikilig...because of the movie and maybe because of my then suitor now my husband...hehe! And during the trip back home, I was watching the movie again. It really became my favorite to the point I gave Arch an original DVD copy of that movie =) Until now, when I watch the movie, I still feel kilig! =)

If you ask me what's my favorite Tagalog movie - marami! Hahaha! Aga-Regine movies, John Lloyd Movies =D

Friday Favorites

I am starting this weekly thingy…why Friday Favorites? Besides they have the same first letters (korny), Friday is my most favorite day of the week. I know halos lahat favorite ang Friday. Kaya nga may “thank God it’s Friday” =) Hehe!

So my first Friday Favorites post is my Favorite ulam. That is inihaw na baboy! Wow, I could eat that everyday siguro...Yeah, it is not healthy but sarap e! I can eat it with vinegar or even bagoong! yummy yumyum! =)
