I have shared to you before that I had a miscarriage last February 2013. I learned I was pregnant siguro mga 7 weeks then had spotting, then tuloy tuloy na. Nailabas ko rin yung baby. My doctor told me blighted ovum daw. Masakit, super. But we need to accept.
End of December 2013, I learned I was pregnant again. Then had my ultrasound second weekend of January 2014 parang 7 weeks din ata...there was a sac but walang laman. Sabi ng doctor baka delayed lang so we had another ultrasound and another and another (I lost count na), still the same. Wala pa rin laman. So we have to induce the baby to come out. Good thing, di ko na need mag D&C. Kung nung February 2013 masakit, the second was nakakagalit. Galit na galit ako.
So my OB asked me to undergo APAS test and Thyroid test. And tadaaah, I was positive with APAS. Kaya pala I had 2 miscarriages na. So my OB recommended me to go to another OB, who specializes this case. She gave me 2 choices, I chose Dra. Angela Aguilar. I love Dra. Aguilar...kahit ang haba ng pila nya =) Ang cool nya, promise!
Dra. Aguilar asked me to undergo another test...the LAT. Ayun, galing, positive din ako =/ So I need to see an immunologist and Dra. Angela recommended Dra. Lara Therese Aleta. Like my new OB, Dra. Aleta is also cool!
Magastos, yes. Pero di na namin iniintindi...all for the love of our family. And God provides naman =)
Nakakalungkot lang kasi habang nakapila ako sa clinic ni Dra. Aguilar and Dra. Aleta, I realize na maraming mga babaeng nahihirapan magbuntis at hirap magbuntis. Pero for those who have the same case as mine or who also have immuno problems, I am praying for all of you. Kaya natin to =)

Life goes on...
Oh my, it is already the 4th weekend of June...ang bilis ng oras!!! Syempre I was not able to update my blog again =(
I mentioned here that I was on bed arrest. Sad to say, we lost the baby the week after that post. Nagtuloy tuloy na syang nawala. I was really crying when I learned pero nakakatawa naman. With the help of Archie and Antonio and a lot of prayers from family and friends, I was able to go through that ordeal. Paminsan minsan bumabalik yung lungkot, lalo na when I went back to my OB for a check up recently or when I see pregnant women. Naiisip ko I should have been 5 or 6 months na...but I try not to dwell on it. Kasi I know I have a lot of things to be thankful for =)

a very dear friend
It has been 10 years since a dear friend went home to our Lord.
September 3, 2000 - Sunday, I was out with some of my officemates. My mom called me up and told the tragic news. I was so shocked that I even said a bad word to my mom. Then, I started calling up my highschool friends wishing that they will tell me that it was just a joke...but they too have learned of the sad news.
Noemi was shot several times by her boyfriend, the father of her son. Our guess why he killed her because he was forcing her to get married but she told him to wait after her graduation in December.
We always knew the guy was bad news and we were telling her to leave him. When we were in highschool, some of our barkada were hanging out at our house. Then, Noemi and the guy had a fight. The guy left. When he came back, Noemi hid under our dining table and we told him Noemi left already. We were so afraid that time because the way he looked at us was different! Noemi was such a sweet lady that she cannot leave him. I think she was hoping the guy will change his ways eventually.

When she got pregnant, she was telling us that she was forced. I think we told her to tell her mom so they can file charges, but she does not want to because she thinks the case will be dismissed since the act happened at the house of the guy.
Her son is now 10 years old. So you see, he was only 6 months when our friend passed away. But even then, he has grown to be such a respectful and obedient young boy. Her lola, my friend's mom, is doing a great job in raising him up...despite the hardships of life. I sometimes think the what ifs (what if she is still alive, what if we told her mom about the guy, etc), but I always tell myself that Noemi has always been at peace ever since she went home. She has never manifested to me that she was suffering or lonely. Or maybe she knows I am afraid of ghosts =p
