not so common sense

this will be a rant post. sorry, pikon na pikon lang talaga ako!

there are renovations going on here. i specifically told arch na pag nagpintura na dapat wala kami ni Antonio, kasi kawawa ang bata. pumayag naman sya. what i did not expect was there will be grinding of cement last tuesday. tatabasin yung lalagyan ng sink kasi mas malaki na yung bagong sink na binili nila. Oh my, ang alikabok!!!!!!! nasa first floor yung ginagawa, imagine umabot yung alikabok sa 2nd floor??? Hay, sabi ko kay arch, kung may sakit lang ako sa puso, inatake na ako last Tuesday. galit na galit ako! inaway ko tuloy sya! e sabi nya di daw nya alam na that day gagawin yun. hay, e bahay nila to no. fine. di na ako nakipaglaban. ang isa pang kinaiinisan ko e yung manong dito (asawa ng manang namin) di man lang sinabi sa akin na maalikabok or wala silang ginawa. kasi kung ako nasa position nila, nung nagsimula yung grinding at nakita kong nagstart ng maging maalikabok, syempre papatigil ko yung carpentero...at sasabihan ko sa boss ko at tatakpan ko lahat ng dapat takpan. aba nakatiwang wang ang  mga plato, sofa, at mga condiments sa baba. ayos!

at di pa natapos yun. kanina, tatapusin na ung sink. syempre ako di ko naman bahay to so di ko alam ang gagawin. pag open ko ng faucet, walang lumabas na water. bumaba ako to ask if they closed the main pipe. Sagot sa akin nung manong, oo. Nagpintig na tenga ko. Umakyat na lang ako at nagtext kay arch para magsumbong. Grrrr! Hello, buti na lang pala e di ako nagnumber 2 or naliligo. Wala man lang nagsabi sa akin na papatayin na yung water.

galit na galit ako kasi sobrang pet peeve ko yung nangyaring dalawa e. madiriin kasi ako so konting alikabok, bwisit na bwisit ako. at yung maghuhugas ako at walang tubig. hay. maybe i am just expecting too much from people. hay.

Happy 32 months!

Antonio is super daldal na. Dati I was concerned na di sya nagsasalita, now ang dami dami na nyang words na alam! At para ng matanda when he converses with people.

The kitchen here is being renovated. One time he said to the carpenter - Corro (Socorro is the name of the carpenter), stop. Quiet, Koko (the brother of my husband) sleep - Haha! Pagalitan ba yung karpintero?

When we ask him, "are you the pupu boy?", his answer, "no Anton"

We have a new game. I will sing a song and he has to tell me from what cartoon show is it. Minsan intro pa lang, alam na nya. To think he is not babad sa tv!

And when he shows me his cars, he will say..mommy, blue car. mommy, red car. Or sometimes, sasabhn nya big car, small car! He knows the concept of big and small and long and short.

He is more into sentences na rin! Like "could you draw Anton's car" Ayos!

At nakakatuwa, may porma sya when he plays basketball, golf, bowling, and baseball! Haha! Athletic ang bata! =)

Medyo na lessen na yung tantrums nya. I hope tuloy tuloy na! =)

Subic 2011

Like what I mentioned in my previous post, we went to Subic last June 18 to celebrate the birthday of Archie's niece. We stayed at Segara Villas. Positive muna. The hotel was nice, modern-looking, has big rooms, and has a wonderful swimming pool. Sayang nga, it was raining, rather pouring most of the time we were there kaya di namin nasulit yung swimming pool! Here are some pics during our stay there.

O negative naman. We encountered 2 unfortunate events with Segara that I think we will never come back there anymore. One, there was a short circuit in the villa of Arch's cousin (they were sleeping and they have 2 kids pa) and nasunog yung curtain because of it. At di sila ni-refund ha. Second, on our 2nd night, water was leaking inside our room. Sa may ilaw at tinutuluan yung tv. Sa takot namin na masunog din room namin, we hurriedly ask to be transferred, buti na lang may available room pa. But please note ha, kahit naman kasagsagan ng ulan yung 2nd night namin, dapat di mag leak yun kasi our room was on the first floor. So san nanggaling yung water? Hay. I think Segara needs to have an "overhaul" of their hotel/suites and revisit their customer service procedures...sa ibang hotel, minsan wala lang tanong tanong, refund kagad diba. Hello, safety kaya nakasalalay dun!

But all in all, we enjoyed our vacation. Besides sa libre, complete yung family (magkakapatid) ni Arch =)

Friday Favorites - Dark Chocolate

I do not have a sweet tooth. Pag meron chocolate or candy or cake, I eat but if none, I do not look for it...except pag time of the month, I sometimes crave for sweets. My favorite chocolate is dark chocolate! Not too sweet yummeh!

During the long weekend (June 18 to 20), we went to Subic to celebrate the birthday of Archie's niece. So anong meron sa Subic, imported chocolates! Haha! I bought Milky Way Midnight for myself (Si Arch binili nya M&M's Peanut butter....eeks tamis). Actually, I was looking for Milky Way Midnight Minis e. Kaso wala...Mas gusto ko kasi yun dahil nakakaumay pag bar. Coz I cannot finish the whole thing naman in one sitting. Hay, san kaya meron nito dito?

Also, I bought Hershey's Miniature for my mom. But, when I gave my pasalubong to my mom, I got all the dark chocolates first haha!
